Ingredients

For the Sliders:

12 slider buns (preferably Hawaiian style for sweetness)

1 pound deli meats (a mix of salami, ham, and pepperoni)

1 cup provolone cheese, sliced

1 cup roasted red peppers, sliced

1 cup arugula or spinach

½ cup sliced black olives

¼ cup banana peppers, sliced

½ cup Italian dressing

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

Salt and pepper, to taste

For the Garlic Butter Topping:

½ cup unsalted butter, melted

2 teaspoons Italian seasoning

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

Prepare the Slider Buns: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Slice the slider buns in half horizontally and place the bottom halves in a baking dish, cut side up.

Layer the Ingredients: Begin layering the deli meats on the bottom half of the buns: start with salami, then ham, and finish with pepperoni. Next, layer the provolone cheese over the meats evenly.

Add Veggies: On top of the cheese, add the roasted red peppers, arugula, black olives, and banana peppers. Drizzle the Italian dressing over the veggies, and sprinkle with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.

Cover with Top Buns: Place the top halves of the slider buns over the layered ingredients.

Make the Garlic Butter: In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, Italian seasoning, minced garlic, and grated Parmesan cheese. Mix well.

Brush the Buns: Pour the garlic butter mixture over the top of the buns, coating them generously.

Bake the Sliders: Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for 15 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the tops are golden and crispy.

Serve: Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes. Cut the sliders apart, serve warm, and enjoy with extra Italian dressing or marinara sauce on the side!
