Ingredients

4 large whole wheat tortillas

8 ounces deli turkey breast, thinly sliced

1 large apple (such as Fuji or Honeycrisp), thinly sliced

4 ounces cream cheese, softened

1 tablespoon honey

1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

1 teaspoon lemon juice

1 cup fresh spinach leaves

½ cup shredded carrots

Salt and pepper to taste

Optional: Chopped walnuts or pecans for added crunch

Instructions

Prepare the Cream Cheese Spread: In a small mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, honey, Dijon mustard, and lemon juice. Mix until smooth and creamy.

Lay Out the Tortillas: On a clean, dry surface, lay one tortilla flat. Spread a generous layer of the cream cheese mixture (about 2-3 tablespoons) evenly over the entire surface of the tortilla.

Layer the Fillings: On top of the cream cheese layer, place slices of turkey breast evenly across the tortilla. Follow with a layer of fresh spinach leaves, a few slices of apple, shredded carrots, and a sprinkle of salt and pepper. If using, add a sprinkle of chopped walnuts or pecans for extra texture.

Roll the Wrap: Starting from one end, carefully roll the tortilla tightly, tucking in the fillings as you go to ensure a tight roll. Repeat the process with the remaining tortillas and ingredients.

Slice and Serve: Once all wraps are rolled, use a sharp knife to cut each wrap into 1-2 inch pinwheels. Arrange them on a serving platter and serve immediately. If making ahead, wrap tightly in plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to serve.
