Shrimp Tacos with Lemon Slaw

1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon chili powder

1 teaspoon cumin

1 teaspoon garlic powder

Salt and pepper, to taste

8 small corn tortillas

1 cup shredded cabbage (green or purple)

1/2 cup shredded carrots

1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped

1/4 cup mayonnaise

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1 teaspoon honey

Lime wedges, for serving

Avocado slices (optional)

Prepare the Shrimp: In a mixing bowl, combine the olive oil, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Add the shrimp to the bowl and toss until they are evenly coated with the spice mixture. Let marinate for about 10-15 minutes at room temperature.

    Make the Lemon Slaw: In a separate bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, lemon juice, and honey until smooth. Add the shredded cabbage, carrots, and cilantro to the bowl, and toss well to combine. Adjust salt and pepper to taste. Set aside.
