1 can (6 oz) tuna, drained

1 ripe peach, diced

1 cup mixed greens (spinach, arugula, or lettuce)

1/4 cup sliced radishes

1/4 cup sweet corn (fresh, frozen, or canned)

1/4 cup avocado, diced

1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped

2 tablespoons fresh basil, chopped

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

Salt and pepper to taste

Optional: 1 tablespoon feta cheese, crumbled

Optional: 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes for heat

Prep the Tuna: In a medium bowl, combine the drained tuna with olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Mix gently to combine.
