Ingredients

2 medium ripe peaches, sliced and frozen

1 large ripe banana, sliced and frozen

1 cup vanilla yogurt (or dairy-free alternative)

1/2 cup almond milk (or any milk of choice)

1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup (adjust depending on sweetness preference)

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/4 cup fresh raspberries (plus extra for topping)

1/4 cup granola (for topping)

2 tablespoons almond slices (for topping)

Mint leaves (for garnish, optional)

Instructions

Prep the Fruit: If you haven't done so already, slice the peaches and banana and freeze them for at least 2 hours to achieve a smooth consistency in your smoothie.

Blend: In a high-speed blender, combine the frozen peaches, frozen banana, vanilla yogurt, almond milk, honey, vanilla extract, and fresh raspberries. Blend until you reach a thick and creamy consistency. If the mixture is too thick, add a little more almond milk to help it blend.

Taste and Adjust: Taste the smoothie mix and adjust sweetness if necessary by adding more honey or maple syrup.

Serve: Divide the smoothie mixture equally into bowls.

Add Toppings: Top each bowl with granola, fresh raspberries, and almond slices. You can also add more slices of peach for decoration.

Garnish: Finish off with a sprig of fresh mint for a beautiful and aromatic touch.

Enjoy: Grab a spoon and dig into this refreshing and delicious Peach Melba Smoothie Bowl!
