1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs

½ cup unsalted butter, melted

¼ cup granulated sugar

16 oz cream cheese, softened

2 cups powdered sugar

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 cup heavy whipping cream

For the marshmallow layer:

1 ½ cups marshmallow fluff

1 cup mini marshmallows (plus extra for topping)

For garnishing:

Chocolate ganache or melted chocolate (optional)

Crushed graham crackers

Mini chocolate bars

Instructions
 

Prepare the crust:

    - In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar. Mix until well combined.

      - Divide the mixture evenly among 6-8 jars, pressing down firmly to create a solid base. Set them aside.

        Make the cheesecake filling:

          - In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with an electric mixer until smooth and creamy.

            - Gradually add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until fully incorporated.

              - In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until smooth and fluffy.

                Layer the cheesecake:

                  - Spoon the cheesecake filling over the crust layer in each jar, filling them about halfway.

                    Create the marshmallow layer:

                      - Gently fold the marshmallow fluff and mini marshmallows together in a bowl until well combined.

                        - Add a generous layer of the marshmallow mixture on top of the cheesecake filling in each jar.

                          Final assembly:

                            - Repeat the cheesecake layer, spooning more filling on top of the marshmallow layer until the jars are nearly full.

                              - Top each jar with a sprinkle of crushed graham crackers, mini marshmallows, and optionally drizzle with chocolate ganache or melted chocolate.

                                Chill and serve:

                                  - Refrigerate the jars for at least 4 hours, or overnight for best results, to set.
