1 can (16 oz) refrigerated flaky biscuit dough

6 large eggs

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup cooked breakfast sausage, crumbled (or diced vegetables for a vegetarian option)

1/4 cup milk

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Cooking spray or butter for greasing

Fresh chives or parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions
 

Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

    Prepare Baking Sheet: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or spray it lightly with cooking spray.

      Mix Egg Mixture: In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper until well combined.

        Cook Eggs: In a non-stick skillet over medium heat, scramble the egg mixture until just set, approximately 3-4 minutes. Make sure they remain slightly moist since they will continue cooking in the oven. Remove from heat and fold in the cheddar cheese and crumbled sausage (or vegetables).
