2 cups cooked chicken, shredded

1/2 cup barbecue sauce (your favorite brand or homemade)

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup cream cheese, softened

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

Salt and black pepper, to taste

4 large tortillas (flour or whole wheat)

Fresh cilantro, chopped (for garnish, optional)

1/4 cup green onions, sliced (for garnish, optional)

Instructions
 

Prepare the Filling:

    - In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, BBQ sauce, cream cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well until everything is thoroughly combined and creamy.

      Assemble the Rollups:

        - Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface. Spread a generous layer of the BBQ chicken mixture evenly across the tortilla, leaving about 1 inch at the edges.

          - Sprinkle a quarter cup of shredded cheddar cheese on top of the chicken mixture.

            Roll It Up:
