2 cups fresh broccoli florets, steamed and chopped

1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded

1/2 cup breadcrumbs (preferably whole wheat for a healthier option)

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 large egg, beaten

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional for a kick)

Prepare the Broccoli: Start by steaming the broccoli florets until tender, about 5-7 minutes. Once cooled, chop them finely and set them aside.

    Mix Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine the chopped broccoli, shredded sharp cheddar cheese, breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan, beaten egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes (if using). Mix everything thoroughly until well combined.

      Form Balls: Using your hands, scoop out a small amount of the mixture (about 1-2 tablespoons) and roll it into a ball. Repeat this process until all the mixture is used up. You should get about 12-15 balls.

        Preheat Air Fryer: Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for about 3-5 minutes.

          Prepare for Frying: Lightly spray the air fryer basket with olive oil cooking spray to prevent sticking. Place the broccoli balls in a single layer in the basket, making sure they do not touch each other (you may need to work in batches).
