Ingredients

1 can (16.3 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough

1 lb ground beef

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup diced pickles

1/4 cup finely chopped onion

1/4 cup ketchup

1/4 cup mustard

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

Salt and pepper, to taste

Cooking spray or melted butter, for brushing

Sesame seeds, for garnish (optional)

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked. Drain any excess fat.

Stir in the garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, ketchup, mustard, onions, and pickles. Mix well and cook for another 2 minutes. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.

Open the biscuit dough and carefully separate each biscuit. Flatten each biscuit to about a 4-inch circle.

In the center of each biscuit, place a generous tablespoon of the cheeseburger filling and top with a teaspoon of shredded cheddar cheese.

Carefully fold the edges of the biscuit dough over the filling, pinching to seal, and shape them into balls. Make sure there are no gaps.

Place the biscuit bombs seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet. Brush the tops with melted butter or spray with cooking spray, then sprinkle sesame seeds on top if desired.

Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown and puffed up.

Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy these cheesy, bite-sized delights warm!
