Ingredients
  

2 cups cooked turkey breast, shredded or diced

4 cups mixed salad greens (arugula, spinach, and romaine)

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1 medium cucumber, diced

1/2 red onion, thinly sliced

1 avocado, diced

1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled

1/2 cup walnuts, toasted and roughly chopped

1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped

Zest and juice of 2 lemons

1/4 cup olive oil

1 tbsp honey (optional)

Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions
 

Prepare the Dressing: In a small bowl, whisk together the lemon juice, lemon zest, olive oil, honey (if using), salt, and pepper until well combined. Set aside.

    Assemble the Salad Base: In a large salad bowl, place the mixed salad greens as the base.
