Grilled Chicken Bruschetta Pasta

Ingredients
  

2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

Salt and pepper, to taste

1 tablespoon olive oil

8 ounces penne pasta

2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved

1 cup fresh basil leaves, chopped

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon balsamic glaze

1/2 cup mozzarella balls, halved

Parmesan cheese, for garnish

Extra basil leaves for garnish

Instructions
 

Prepare the Chicken:

    - Season chicken breasts generously with salt and pepper. Drizzle with olive oil.

      - Preheat your grill (or grill pan) over medium-high heat. Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until cooked through (internal temperature should reach 165°F/75°C). Once grilled, set aside to rest for 5 minutes before slicing.

        Cook the Pasta:

          - In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook the penne pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

            Make the Bruschetta Topping:

              - In a mixing bowl, combine the halved cherry tomatoes, chopped basil, minced garlic, and balsamic glaze. Add a pinch of salt, and toss well. Allow it to marinate while you prepare the rest of the dish.

                Combine Ingredients:

                  - In a large skillet over medium heat, combine the cooked pasta and bruschetta mixture. Toss gently to coat the pasta with the tomato mixture, allowing the flavors to meld for about 2-3 minutes.

                    Add Chicken and Mozzarella:
