4 cups all-purpose flour

1 packet (2 ¼ teaspoons) active dry yeast

1 tablespoon sugar

1 teaspoon salt

1 ½ cups warm water (110°F)

2 tablespoons olive oil

For the Filling:

2 cups cooked chicken, shredded

1 cup green chilies, diced (fresh or canned)

1 cup cream cheese, softened

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon cumin

Salt and pepper, to taste

Fresh cilantro, chopped (for garnish)

Prepare the Dough: In a mixing bowl, combine warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let it rest for about 5 minutes until frothy. In a large bowl, mix flour and salt. Gradually stir in the yeast mixture and olive oil until a dough forms.

    Knead the Dough: Turn the dough onto a floured surface and knead for about 10 minutes until smooth and elastic. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a damp cloth, and let it rise in a warm place for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
