1 pound cheese tortellini (fresh or frozen)

1 pound cooked chicken breast, shredded or diced

2 cups Alfredo sauce (store-bought or homemade)

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 cup broccoli florets (fresh or frozen)

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon dried basil

½ teaspoon black pepper

1 tablespoon olive oil

Salt to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Preheat the Oven: Start by preheating your oven to 375°F (190°C).

    Cook the Tortellini: In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add the tortellini and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

      Sauté the Vegetables: In a large skillet over medium heat, add olive oil. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute or until fragrant. Then, add broccoli florets and cook for 3-4 minutes until they are bright green and just tender.

        Combine Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked tortellini, cooked chicken, sautéed broccoli, Alfredo sauce, dried basil, black pepper, and half of the mozzarella cheese. Mix everything together until well coated.
