Ingredients

1 pre-made pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 cup ricotta cheese

1 cup fresh mozzarella cheese, shredded

2 ripe peaches, sliced thinly

4 ounces prosciutto, torn into strips

1 tablespoon honey

1 teaspoon fresh rosemary, chopped (or ½ teaspoon dried)

Salt and pepper, to taste

Arugula, for serving (optional)

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C). If using a pizza stone, place it in the oven to heat up as well.

Prepare the Dough: On a floured surface, roll out the pizza dough into a 12-inch circle. Transfer it to a pizza peel or a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Brush with Olive Oil: Drizzle the olive oil over the dough, spreading it evenly.

Add Ricotta Cheese: Spoon the ricotta cheese onto the dough, spreading it out gently with the back of a spoon, leaving a small border around the edges.

Layer the Toppings: Evenly distribute the shredded mozzarella over the ricotta. Next, arrange the thin peach slices on top of the cheese.

Add Prosciutto: Scatter the torn prosciutto pieces over the peaches.

Season It: Drizzle the honey over the toppings and sprinkle with chopped rosemary. Season with a pinch of salt and freshly cracked black pepper.

Bake the Pizza: Carefully transfer the pizza to the preheated oven (or pizza stone) and bake for about 12-15 minutes or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.

Finishing Touch: Once out of the oven, allow the pizza to cool for a minute. If desired, add a handful of fresh arugula on top for an extra peppery crunch.

Slice and Serve: Cut into slices and serve immediately, drizzled with a little more honey, if desired.
