Easy Homemade Chicken Alfredo Bake

2 cups cooked rotini or penne pasta

1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cubed

2 cups heavy cream

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

2 tablespoons olive oil

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Preheat the oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

    Cook the pasta: In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook the rotini or penne pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

      Cook the chicken: In a large skillet over medium heat, add the olive oil. Once hot, add the cubed chicken, season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning, and cook for about 6-8 minutes until no longer pink. Remove from heat and set aside.

        Prepare the Alfredo sauce: In the same skillet, reduce the heat to low and add the minced garlic. Sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant, being careful not to burn it. Pour in the heavy cream and stir, allowing it to heat up slightly. Gradually add the grated Parmesan cheese, stirring continuously until melted and well combined. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

          Combine ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked pasta, cooked chicken, and Alfredo sauce until everything is well-coated.
