1 large cucumber, peeled and roughly chopped

1 small Hatch chili, seeds removed and roughly chopped (adjust according to spice preference)

1 ripe banana

½ cup Greek yogurt

1 cup coconut water (or regular water)

1 tablespoon honey or agave syrup (optional)

½ teaspoon lime juice

Ice cubes (optional, for a chilled smoothie)

Prep the Ingredients: Begin by washing the cucumber and Hatch chili thoroughly. Peel the cucumber and chop both the cucumber and chili into smaller pieces for easier blending.

    Blend the Base: In a blender, add the chopped cucumber, Hatch chili, banana, Greek yogurt, coconut water, and lime juice. If you prefer a sweeter smoothie, include the honey or agave syrup.
