Crispy Chicken Caesar Wraps

2 large chicken breasts, boneless and skinless

1 cup breadcrumbs (Panko preferred for extra crispiness)

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

2 tablespoons olive oil

4 large flour tortillas or wraps

2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped

1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1/4 cup Caesar dressing (store-bought or homemade)

Optional: extra Parmesan cheese for garnish

Instructions
 

Prep Chicken: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels, then season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.

    Coat Chicken: In a shallow dish, mix the breadcrumbs with the grated Parmesan cheese. Coat each chicken breast in the breadcrumb mixture, pressing firmly to ensure even coverage.

      Bake Chicken: Place the coated chicken breasts on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Drizzle olive oil over the chicken to help it crisp up. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and golden brown. An internal temperature of 165°F (75°C) is ideal.

        Prepare Wraps: While the chicken is baking, prepare your wraps. In a mixing bowl, combine chopped romaine lettuce, cherry tomatoes, and Caesar dressing. Toss gently to coat the vegetables evenly.

          Assemble Wraps: Once the chicken is done and slightly cooled, slice it into strips. Lay a tortilla flat and heap a portion of the dressed lettuce mixture in the center. Add a generous amount of crispy chicken strips on top of the lettuce.

            Wrap it Up: Fold in the sides of the tortilla, then roll it from the bottom to form a tight wrap. Repeat with the remaining tortillas.
