4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

2 cups fresh spinach leaves

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup basil pesto (store-bought or homemade)

1 cup grated mozzarella cheese

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

½ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

Salt and pepper to taste

2 tablespoons olive oil

Fresh basil leaves, for garnish (optional)

Instructions
 

Prepare the Oven and Baking Dish:

    - Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish with a little olive oil to prevent sticking.

      Season the Chicken:

        - In a small bowl, mix together garlic powder, onion powder, red pepper flakes (if using), salt, and pepper. Rub this seasoning mixture over both sides of the chicken breasts to enhance their flavor.

          Sear the Chicken:
