2 cups cooked chicken, shredded

1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt

2 tablespoons mayonnaise

1 tablespoon honey

1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

4 large lettuce leaves (Romaine or Butter lettuce work well)

In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, chopped cranberries, chopped walnuts, and celery. Toss gently to distribute the ingredients evenly.
