Ingredients

1 bottle (750ml) dry white wine (such as Sauvignon Blanc or Pinot Grigio)

2 cups apple cider (fresh or store-bought)

1 cup cranberry juice (100% juice, not cocktail)

2 tablespoons orange liqueur (like Cointreau or Grand Marnier)

1 apple, cored and thinly sliced (preferably a crisp variety like Honeycrisp or Granny Smith)

1 cup fresh cranberries (or frozen, if out of season)

1 orange, thinly sliced

1 lemon, thinly sliced

2-3 sprigs fresh rosemary (optional)

Sparkling water or lemon-lime soda, to top

Ice cubes for serving

Instructions

In a large pitcher, combine the dry white wine, apple cider, cranberry juice, and orange liqueur. Stir gently to mix.

Add the sliced apple, fresh cranberries, orange slices, and lemon slices into the pitcher. If using, add the sprigs of fresh rosemary for an aromatic touch.

Stir everything together gently to combine the flavors. Cover the pitcher and refrigerate for at least 2 hours (or up to 12 hours) to allow the flavors to meld.

When ready to serve, fill glasses with ice cubes. Pour the sangria mixture over the ice, filling each glass about two-thirds full.

Top each glass with a splash of sparkling water or lemon-lime soda for a bit of fizz.

Garnish with additional fresh fruit and a sprig of rosemary, if desired. Serve immediately and enjoy!
