1 cup almond flour

1/2 cup vanilla protein powder

1/4 cup almond butter (or peanut butter)

1/4 cup honey or maple syrup

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/4 cup dark chocolate chips (for drizzling)

Optional: a pinch of sea salt for topping

Combine Dry Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded coconut, almond flour, vanilla protein powder, and salt. Mix thoroughly until all dry ingredients are well incorporated.

    Mix Wet Ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk together the almond butter, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.

      Form the Mixture: Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredient bowl. Stir until everything is well combined. The mixture should be slightly sticky but manageable. If too dry, add a teaspoon of water at a time until the desired texture is achieved.
