4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1 packet (1 oz) ranch dressing mix

1 cup sour cream

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup cream cheese, softened

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1/2 teaspoon salt

Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions
 

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

    Prepare the Chicken: In a large baking dish, drizzle the olive oil to coat the bottom. Place the chicken breasts in the dish. Season them with garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt.

      Make the Ranch Mixture: In a mixing bowl, combine the ranch dressing mix, sour cream, and softened cream cheese. Mix until smooth and well combined.

        Add the Cheeses: Stir in half of the cheddar cheese (1/2 cup) and half of the mozzarella cheese (1/2 cup) to the ranch mixture, and mix well.

          Layer the Ingredients: Spread the ranch and cheese mixture evenly over the chicken breasts in the baking dish.

            Top with Cheeses: Sprinkle the remaining cheddar and mozzarella cheese on top of the mixture.

              Bake: Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the cheese is bubbly and golden.

                Garnish and Serve: Once done, remove the dish from the oven, let it sit for 5 minutes, and then garnish with fresh parsley if desired. Serve warm with your favorite sides such as rice, mashed potatoes, or steamed vegetables.
