Ingredients

Pizza Dough:

1 lb store-bought or homemade pizza dough

Sauce:

1 cup marinara or pizza sauce

1 tbsp balsamic glaze (for drizzling)

Cheeses:

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup crumbled goat cheese

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Meats:

4 oz prosciutto, torn into pieces

4 oz salami, thinly sliced

4 oz chorizo, sliced

Fruits and Extras:

1/2 cup assorted olives (green and black)

1/2 cup mixed nuts (e.g., walnuts, almonds)

1/2 cup arugula or fresh basil (for garnish)

Fresh figs or sliced pears (optional, for sweetness)

Extra virgin olive oil (for drizzling)

Crushed red pepper flakes (optional, for heat)

Instructions

Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C). If using a pizza stone, place it in the oven to heat up as well.

Prepare Dough: Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface to your desired thickness (thin or thick). Transfer the rolled dough to a parchment-lined baking sheet or a pizza peel if you're using a stone.

Spread Sauce: Evenly spread the marinara or pizza sauce over the base of the dough, leaving about an inch around the edges for the crust.

Add Cheese: Start by sprinkling the shredded mozzarella evenly over the sauce. Crumble goat cheese over the top and finish with a sprinkle of grated Parmesan cheese.

Layer Meats: Arrange the prosciutto, salami, and chorizo artfully across the cheesy base. Feel free to create a variety of patterns to make it visually appealing.

Add Extras: Scatter the olives and mixed nuts around the pizza. If you’re using fresh figs or sliced pears, add them in different areas as well.

Bake the Pizza: Carefully transfer the pizza to the oven (or pizza stone) and bake for about 12–15 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbling and the crust is golden brown.

Garnish & Serve: Remove the pizza from the oven and drizzle with balsamic glaze and extra virgin olive oil. Top with fresh arugula or basil and a sprinkle of crushed red pepper flakes if desired. Slice and serve hot.
