8 oz cream cheese, softened

1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional, for extra heat)

12 slices of bacon, cut in half

Olive oil (for brushing)

Fresh chives or cilantro (for garnish)

Instructions
 

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.

    Prepare the Jalapeños: Carefully slice each jalapeño in half lengthwise and remove the seeds and membranes using a spoon or knife (be cautious; wearing gloves is recommended to avoid getting the oils on your skin).

      Make the Cheese Filling: In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, and cayenne pepper (if using). Mix until well combined and smooth.
